This year was the first year where both girls could really participate in picking and decorating the tree. We traveled over to the local Home Depot (that's how we Cali people do it), and picked out our tree.
Once we brought it home and got it in the house, Justin hung the lights, and then the girls got to work. They took their jobs very seriously!
Addison wanted to be sure we got a picture of her posing by the tree. She loves to POSE for pictures. Hense the hands on the hips.
Brynn needed a little help to get them to actually stay on the branches.
Then we ended up taking turns hanging the star. When you have two daughters and only one star, it can get a bit tricky. Here's Daddy helping Brynn.
Addie had a very clear plan from the beginning.
It's now about to be Addison's turn to hang the star. Ahh...crisis averted!
